Computer Technician

The Computer Technician program offered at FastTrain College is hands-on and will prepare and orient individuals getting ready to take the CompTIA sponsored vendor neutral certification that certifies the competency of service technicians in the computer industry. Most major computer hardware and software vendors, distributors, resellers, and publications back the program. The practice labs provide the level of knowledge you need to install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot your PC compatible system hardware and software. Learn about hardware and accessories on today's modern personal computers.

Certification Eligibility:

The Computer Technician program will prepare candidates with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for the CompTIA certification exams for A+ / Network+.

Career Opportunities:

Entry level positions for computer technician, PC technician, help desk support, technical customer service and support.

Program Prerequisites:

High school diploma or GED
