The Associates Degree in Medical Office Administration program at FastTrain College is a hands-on, career-focused training designed to prepare students to be positioned for a career in allied health administration. Students will acquire the communication, clinical, and organizational skills required to provide patient care, manage medical and financial records, and manage day-to-day office operations. Graduates will have the training needed to become a medical practice manager, medical office manager, medical assistant manager, or other similar position in a health care facility.
The AS in Medical Office Administrator program will prepare candidates with the core knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for the American Medical Technologists (AMT) sponsored RMA exam and the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) sponsored CPC exam.
Entry level positions for medical front-office, medical back-office, laboratory, patient assistant, medical assistant and medical records.
