Overview.
The Medical Assistant program will
prepare and allow an individual to
demonstrate the skills necessary
to be a successful Medical
Assistant. Upon completion of the
program, the student will possess
the knowledge and skills needed to
function successfully as an entry
level medical assistant in a
clinic or physician’s office.
Students will focus on anatomy,
physiology and pathology of the
various body systems as well as
medical front-office / back-office
skills, laboratory and diagnostic
procedures.
